SOUTHEAST ASIA / SEA LINES

Southeast Asia lines

Dedicated China–Southeast Asia lines: ocean FCL/LCL and air freight to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, with port-to-port, door-to-door and customs-cleared (DDP/DDU) options. Schedules and costs follow the confirmed quotation.

01 / Service scope

Ocean, air, door-to-door or port-to-port — combined around your cargo.

01

FCL to port

20GP / 40GP / 40HQ full containers direct to Singapore, Port Klang, Penang, Bangkok / Laem Chabang, Haiphong / Ho Chi Minh City, with equipment and space matched to your volume.

02

LCL to door

Consolidated ocean freight, customs-cleared at destination and delivered to the door — workable for small lots, with charging terms confirmed up front.

03

Consolidation to door

Cargo from multiple suppliers and batches gathered in our warehouse, consolidated and shipped under one plan, cleared once and delivered — ideal for e-commerce restocking and multi-vendor sourcing.

04

Air door-to-door

Urgent cargo flies direct or via connecting services to SIN, KUL, BKK, HAN / SGN, with clearance and last-mile delivery connected end to end.

02 / What to prepare

Before asking for a quote.

Share what you already have; the team will confirm the exact documents required for your cargo and destination.

  • Origin, destination and full addresses at both ends; port-to-port or door-to-door.

  • Cargo description, use, value, brand, and whether it contains batteries, liquids, powders or other sensitive attributes.

  • Pieces, dimensions and weight per piece, total volume and packaging.

  • Container type / quantity for FCL, or consolidated volume for LCL; cargo-ready time and target shipping date.

  • Incoterms (FOB / CIF / DDP etc.) and shipper / consignee details.

  • How destination clearance, duties and delivery responsibilities are split.

03 / How it works

Three steps, one connected line.

01

Review cargo & routing

Compare ocean, air, door-to-door and port-to-port combinations against cargo type, volume and timing.

02

Confirm quote & terms

Break down origin handling, line-haul and destination charges; confirm incoterms, schedules and documentation.

03

Ship & connect destination

Coordinate pickup or warehouse delivery, export declaration and line-haul, then destination clearance, duties and delivery.

04 / FAQ

Common questions about the Southeast Asia lines.

How long does shipping to SG / MY / TH / VN take?

Typical references: Singapore — ocean ~7–12 days, air ~1–3 days; Malaysia and Thailand — ocean ~10–15 days, air ~2–4 days; Vietnam — ocean ~5–10 days, air ~1–3 days. Final schedules and door-to-door transit follow the confirmed plan.

Is customs-cleared door-to-door (DDP) available?

It can be discussed. DDP requires confirming cargo description, value, use and destination requirements first; duties and surcharges are itemised in the quote. Some cargo categories may not qualify.

Can sensitive cargo (batteries, liquids, powders) move?

Declare the attributes honestly when enquiring. Whether it can be accepted, by ocean or air, and which documents are needed is confirmed per category and destination rules — never under-declare.

What does a quote include?

Quotes are itemised: origin pickup / warehouse delivery, export declaration, line-haul freight, destination clearance, duties (if applicable) and last-mile delivery. Port-to-port and door-to-door have different cost structures, each with stated conditions.

Origin coverage & value-added services

Pickup across all 21 prefecture cities of Guangdong — down to every town and subdistrict — plus Zhejiang, Fujian, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangxi, Hubei, Beijing, Hebei and Tianjin. Supporting services include China customs declaration, port drayage & trucking, port consolidation, warehouse handling and warehousing. Sailings, flights, capacity and charges are subject to booking and operational confirmation; transit times shown are general references, not final delivery commitments.
