Can I send a small shipment to Macau?
Share its package count, dimensions and weight so consolidation can be considered. Acceptance, warehouse handover and departure arrangements depend on the commodity and the available service.
Does the quote include unloading or upstairs delivery?
These requirements must be specified. Kerbside handover, warehouse delivery, upstairs delivery, forklift unloading and crane lifting involve different work and should be confirmed separately in the quote.
What information is needed for large equipment?
Provide photos, overall dimensions, weight, the centre of gravity and available lifting points or forklift pockets. Vehicle selection, routing and handling also depend on conditions at both sites.
