Can I send batteries, liquids or powders straight away?
Check first. A small quantity or sample designation does not establish eligibility. Provide composition or battery type, packing and quantities, plus the documents required by the selected service.
Why might charges change after the parcels are checked?
Express services can remeasure and reweigh the outer packaging. Volumetric weight, rounding, remote addresses and other surcharges may affect the charge. Provide accurate details and confirm the final charging rules.
Might the receiver need to pay duties or taxes?
Yes. Destination charges and clearance requirements depend on the goods, declaration and local rules. Agree who pays before dispatch; samples and low-value goods are not automatically exempt.
