Can transport be coordinated if I arrange my own declaration?
Yes, explain your declaration arrangements and clarify the release information, timing and documents needed for transport. Agree the boundaries between declaration and transport responsibilities in advance.
Do complete documents guarantee no inspection or same-day release?
No. Authorities decide whether inspection, extra documents or further processing are needed. Complete and accurate information can reduce avoidable queries but does not guarantee approval or release timing.
